These are Lesson 2 Gymnastic skills
These gymnastics skills are slightly harder then level 1 gymnastic skills. Most of them are based off of leve 1 skills. But these are also some basics.
Lesson 1: Foward Roll To Straddle Stand
Do a front roll (Lesson 1) and as you come out spread your legs into a straddle and stand.
Lesson 2: Handstand Roll Out
First, do a handstand. Then bend your arms, tuck in your head, and roll out.
Lesson 3: Split Jump
Jump High in the air.
Lesson 4: Backbend
You need to be really flexible so you may have to practice this A LOT! First, go up against a wall. Your back should be facing it. Pull your body back and put your hands behind you and put your hand like you do when doing a bridge walk down the wall into a bridge. Do this over and over again in'till you can do this without a wall.
Lesson 5: Back Roll Handstand LAST LESSON
Do a back roll but do not go all the way. Push yourself into a handstand and then come out of it
