This is a page you use to stretch your body for flexibility and strength.
Let's Stretch!
First thing you ever need to do before you start any lesson or even just showing someone a new trick, you need to stretch! These are the stretches you need to perform. Make sure you don't skip one because they are important for a reason!
Shoot for your toes!
First thing to do is to sit down. Put your legs together and point your toes. Put your arms straight out and reach as far as you can down your legs. Stay there for ten SLOW seconds.
Good Job!
Now do the same with only one leg, the other tucked in. Now switch.
Do a 'butterfly'. Do this by sitting criss-cross-apple sauce then pulling your legs out to where your feet are against each other and bend your head to your toes hold for ten seconds.
Roll you wrists and ankles.
Do ten pushups and ten situps.
If you know how to do a backbend (not a bridge!) do one
Good Job! Now you can continue!
