These are level 3 gymnastic skills
These are based off basic skills. These are harder then the basics.
Lesson 1: Roundoff
In a round-off you pretty much do a cartwheel. BUT instead of your legs apart, they are together. You will also do a little bounce when you land. This skill may take a while to complete so make sure you take your time to do it right!
Lesson 2: Front Walkover
First place your hand on the ground straight in front of you and go into a handstand. Then, bend your body over into a bridge. Stand up from the bridge.
Lesson 3: Back walkover
First, go near the wall. Stand in front of the wall and go into a backbend. Climb your legs up the wall and kick over. Practice this A LOT!!!!! Then, to do it away from a wall, do a backbend. Pull yourself over like you did on the wall but without climbing the wall. This is a hard task and may take you long, but don't give up!
Lesson 4: Tuck Jump LAST LESSON!
Jump. Pull your legs into a tuck while in the air. Turn sideways, kind of like a back-flip. Land in a tuck.
