Lesson 1: Back- Handspring
Do this like a front handspring. turn around and squat with your arms out straight. And jump back. Your hands should hit the ground, and spring out. USE A SPOTTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND A PALLETE!!!!
Lesson 2: Back Flip
Do a squat with your arms up straight and jump back. While in the air , pull your arms over your knees. USE A SPOTTER AND A PALLETE!!!!!!!!
