These are level 4 skills
Ans they are much harder. But, fourtunately there are less of them. Like the basics, they are important skills for the next levels.
Lesson 1: Front Flip
Run, flip your self over. If you can't make your self do this do a really fast roll, but then take your hands away. Make sure you have a cushy place to land. It is best if you watch videos of people doing this and learn one on a trampoline first. This might take a while to learn how to just land on your feet!
Lesson 2: Front Handspring
Run. Start to do a front walkover but AS SOON as your hands touch the ground, spring off them you should land on your feet. This is a hard one. Youtube people doing them. Have a spotter and a very cushy pallete in front of where you will land.
Lesson 3: Front split
Stand on one knee. Put your other leg out slide down. This may take a while to learn- but don't give up!
Lesson 4: Side Split LAST LESSON
Stand up. Seperate your legs apart and slowly slide down. This should not take too long if you have completed the front split (you should have).
